Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a leading Tier 2 Main Contractor delivering major construction projects across Dublin, including high-rise residential and pharmaceutical developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior QS to join an established contractor working on complex projects from pre-construction through to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, commercial performance, and subcontractor relationships.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
- 6+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Proven experience working with a main contractor.
- Experience on large-scale projects, ideally residential, pharma, or commercial developments.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage costs, contracts, and project reporting.
Duties:
- Managing project costs from procurement through to completion.
- Preparing budgets, valuations, and cost reports.
- Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts.
- Reviewing contracts, variations, and claims.
- Liaising with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Supporting commercial delivery and project performance.
Salary:
€90k – €100k + Benefits
