Health & Safety Officer required for a leading developer delivering high-quality residential projects across Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced H&S professional to join an established developer and support the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality projects. The successful candidate will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and management to maintain strong health and safety standards.
Requirements:

Relevant Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).

3+ years’ construction H&S experience.
-
Experience on residential or large-scale projects preferred.
-
Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Duties:
-
Carrying out site inspections, audits, and safety reviews.
-
Supporting risk assessments and method statements.
-
Delivering inductions and toolbox talks.
-
Monitoring compliance and promoting a positive safety culture.
-
Liaising with site teams and subcontractors.
Salary:
€65k – €75k + Benefits
