Design Coordinator required for a leading Main Building Contractor, to work on a high end hotel project in Killarney. As a key member of their design team, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of design-related information necessary for successful on-site project execution.  Our client is especially looking for Design Coordinators who have worked on high end hotel projects previously.

Requirements:

• A third level qualification in construction, architectural or building design
• Experience working on high end hotel projects
• 5+ years of work experience in a construction team
• Demonstratable knowledge of Building Regulations and Planning Permission procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary:

• Excellent salary circa €65k-€75k
