CSA Supervisor – Helsinki, Finland
CSA Supervisor required to join one of Europe’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a large-scale Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. The successful candidate will work closely with the site management and project delivery teams to oversee CSA works across the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CSA Supervisor looking to join a major international contractor delivering high-profile data centre projects across Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all CSA activities on site to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Carry out regular inspections and support QA/QC processes across all CSA packages.
- Work closely with site management, engineering teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
- Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings as required.
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved RAMS, permits, and health & safety procedures.
- Assist with snagging, handovers, and close-out activities.
Requirements:
- Trade background or relevant construction qualification.
- 3+ years’ experience in a CSA Supervisory role or similar position.
- Previous Data Centre project experience would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- EU Passport or eligibility to work in Finland is essential.
