We’re seeking an experienced Architect to support the delivery of major developments, including educational, residential, commercial and data centre projects.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Manage technical design queries and coordinate project information
- Resolve construction‑related issues independently
- Support project delivery across multiple medium/large‑scale developments
- Work closely with design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Apply construction knowledge to ensure high‑quality detailing and compliance
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Architect, holding RIAI / RIBA registration
- Minimum of 6 years’ post‑graduation experience
- Strong technical knowledge of building construction, detailing etc.
- Excellent understanding of Irish Building Regulations
- Site experience with the ability to resolve issues quickly
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive approach with good decision making and problem-solving skills
- Project experience in the data centre sector is highly beneficial but previous experience across commercial, healthcare, educational, residential are desired
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland to be considered
