An industry-leading architectural firm in Dublin city is seeking an RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with strong technical and design skills to join their team.
They are currently working across a variety of projects, including medium to large-scale commercial, residential, and leisure developments, spanning the planning, tender, and construction phases.
This position is ideal for an Architect looking to advance their career, with the opportunity to lead significant projects from design development through to completion.
Key Requirements:
- RIAI Registered Architect
- 5 years+ of architectural experience, with some experience gained in Ireland
- Proven track record managing medium to large-scale projects from design development to construction
- Experience with medium/high-density residential or commercial projects is advantageous
- Strong design and technical skills
- In-depth knowledge of current building regulations
- Proficiency in Revit
- Site experience is desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits:
- €55,000 – €65,000 per annum, depending on experience
