Turnover Manager
We are seeking an experienced Turnover Manager to join a leading mechanical contractor delivering a major Data Centre Project in Denmark. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead the turnover and QA/QC process, ensuring systems are completed, tested, documented, and handed over in line with project and client requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Turnover Engineers and QA Line Walkers.
- Coordinate system walkdowns using IFC documentation.
- Oversee weld qualification records, weld logs, NDT activities, and pressure testing.
- Manage Eida setup and digital test pack requirements.
- Break down large systems into manageable testing and turnover packages.
- Track system status and report progress at turnover meetings.
- Chair weekly internal turnover meetings and drive punch-list closeout.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Turnover, QA/QC, Commissioning, or Mechanical Project Delivery.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Experience managing digital turnover platforms such as Eida.
- Knowledge of weld tracking, NDT coordination, pressure testing, and quality documentation.
- Ability to interpret IFC drawings and technical documentation.
- Proven experience leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
