Structural Engineer
Location: County Galway
Structural Engineer with 3-5 years’ experience required to join an established engineering multidisciplinary company in their Galway offices. The successful structural engineer will work on the design and development of structures across residential, commercial and industrial projects while working with structural steel and reinforced concrete. This role give the candidate the opportunity to contribute to projects while developing and working under senior engineers.
Sample Projects:
- Multi-unit residential developments – structural design of foundations, reinforced concrete frames and floor slabs – €10m – €30m.
- Commercial buildings and mixed-use developments – structural steel frame design and stability analysis – €15m – €25m.
- Industrial and manufacturing facilities – steel portal frames, large – span structure and reinforced concrete – €30m – €50m.
Requirements:
- Structural Engineer should have 3-5 years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or in a related field.
- Proficiency in Revit, TEKLA, TEDDs or equivalent structural design software’s.
- Experience in structural design and analysis across a range of building projects.
