Structural Engineer with 2–3 years’ experience required to join a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy based in Galway. Our client is a highly regarded practice with a strong national project portfolio spanning commercial, residential, education and public sector developments. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Structural Engineer to develop their career within a supportive and progressive team environment.

Role:
- Ensure structural design works are completed in accordance with client requirements and relevant standards.
- Develop structural engineering solutions under the guidance of Senior and Senior Associate Structural Engineers.
- Undertake steel and concrete design in line with Eurocode requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors and wider project teams throughout the design process.
- Contribute to the delivery of projects across commercial, residential and education sectors.
Requirements:
- BEng (Level 8) in Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience in structural design within a consultancy environment.
- Strong analytical ability and a solid understanding of structural engineering principles.
- Experience in steel and concrete design to Eurocodes.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Robot or equivalent.
- Experience working on building projects across commercial, residential or education sectors.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with architects, contractors and clients.
