Looking to take the lead on a high-quality residential project with one of Ireland’s top main contractors? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who wants to step into a long-term role with a busy and well-respected builder. The project is a large-scale residential development based in Kildare, with a strong pipeline ahead in the area.
Duties:
- Running the day-to-day on-site operations – managing trades, schedules, and keeping everything moving smoothly
- Working closely with the PM and QS to make sure targets are hit on time and within budget
- Managing health & safety and ensuring a tidy, compliant site
- Attending weekly site meetings and reporting on progress
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
- Strong background in residential builds – ideally housing or apartments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Up to speed on current building regs and H&S standards
