Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activity from groundworks to handover.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations.
- Ensure programme, quality, and H&S targets are met.
- Coordinate with project management and design teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience managing residential builds.
- Trade or degree background (carpentry, construction, etc.).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Full driving licence.
