Site Manager (Internals) required for a Tier 2 Main Building Contractor, for work on the internal and finishing stages of a new build nursing home project in Wicklow. This is a high-quality healthcare development with a strong pipeline of similar projects to follow. The successful Site Manager will ideally have experience managing internal packages on residential or healthcare builds and have a strong eye for detail in finishing works. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor offering long-term career progression and a market-leading package.

Role:
• Oversee the internal and finishing stages of the nursing home project
• Report to the Project Manager
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal trades
• Contribute to planning, scheduling, and resource management

Salary:
• Salary circa €75K–€85K (DOE)
