Site Manager
Site Manager required for a reputable builder-developer to oversee high-end hotel fit outs in Dublin City / County. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial fit out projects, particularly hotels or office spaces, in Ireland or the UK. This role involves overseeing internal fit outs from a pure construction perspective. With multiple new projects launching, this is a great opportunity for a Site Manager looking for long-term commercial construction work.

Role:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop, plan, and implement the programme.
- Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and direct employees.
- Ensure resources, compliance, and high H&S, quality, and environmental standards.
- Control variations in consultation with QS.
- Oversee site finishing to a high standard.
- Handle RFIs, technical submittals, and site reporting.
- Liaise with stakeholders for efficient project management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience at Site Management
- Experience in the finishing stages of Hotel fit-outs, Commercial builds, Office units
- Proven track record of managing high-volume high-quality projects
- Good at leading a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
Salary:
- Basic salary circa €70k -€80k+ DOE
