Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Carrying out inductions and tool-box talks
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Monitor programme and progress
- Report to senior management and client teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale projects
- Must have experience in refurb projects
- 4+ years experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
