A leading Tier 1 Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major project in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team delivering large-scale, award-winning construction projects across Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements and site procedures
- Manage site logistics, welfare facilities, and overall site setup
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and compliance with project standards
- Monitor programme progress and report delays or risks
- Review RAMS and ensure all site personnel are inducted and compliant
- Maintain site records, daily diaries, and progress reporting
- Liaise with Project Manager, design team, clients, and stakeholders
- Support commercial and cost control processes through accurate site reporting
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping, and site presentation
Requirements
- Construction-related degree or equivalent qualification
- 5–10+ years’ experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
- Strong site management experience on €10m+ projects
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of H&S, QA/QC, and construction programmes
