Site Manager (Housing):
An established main contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a housing project located in Wexford. We are looking for a candidate with a background in managing projects of similar scale within the housing sector.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience at Site Management level working a main contractor or developer
- High volume housing experience preferable (40 units +)
- Proven track record of managing high-volume high-quality housing projects (Ireland or UK)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
Role & Duties:
- Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with planning, H&S, quality standards
- Full responsibility for project out-turn from tender stage through construction and handover
- Support management of project budget in conjunction with the wider team – QS etc.
- You will prepare project, programme, risk management plans
- Responsible for flow of information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners, on your site
- Manage the site team, both direct and indirect, ensuring the project is running to programme
Package:
- Basic salary circa €70k -€80k
- Travel Allowance / Company Van
- Pension
