Site Manager (Restoration & Conservation)
A leading construction company is seeking a Site Manager with experience in restoration and conservation projects. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team in County Offaly, overseeing construction activities and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely completion.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Liaise with the design team and project manager to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and site access.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Experience in restoration and conservation projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Full driving licence.
Salary Package:
- Salary: €65,000 – €75,000 per annum.
- Company vehicle.
