Site Manager – Sligo (Residential Project)

A well-established leading Main Contractor in Sligo is seeking a Site Manager with over 5 years of experience in construction management to work on a Residential Project.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with onsite team, including subcontractors, engineers, and management, to coordinate and manage all onsite activities.
  • Planning and supervising the setup of the site, ensuring that necessary facilities are in place before the project launch.
  • Site Manager will be responsible for upholding quality control procedures consistently and reporting findings to the Regional Director.
  • Taking responsibility for the adherence to HSEQS protocols on sites at all times.

Requirements:

  • 3rd level qualification completed in relation to the industry.
  • 5+ years’ experience in construction management.

Benefits:

  • Salary circa €70k-€80k
  • Excellent benefit package
