A leading developer is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major residential development in South Dublin, with a project value of approximately €100m+.
This is a great opportunity for a Site Engineer with 2–3+ years’ experience to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale housing project, working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out foundations, slabs, blockwork, services and civil works
- Setting out house plots and providing surveys
- Supervising groundworks, civil and concrete/RC frame contractors
- Coordinating construction drawings
- Monitoring quality and subcontractor works
- Maintaining site records and QA documentation
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately, on time and to budget
Requirements
- 2–3+ years’ Site Engineering experience
- Level 8 Engineering qualification
- Residential or main contracting experience
- Strong setting-out experience
- RC frame experience desirable
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
