Site Engineer
A leading Irish Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their growing project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale residential and infrastructure developments with a contractor renowned for delivering high-quality projects and offering excellent career progression.
Duties:
- Carry out setting out using Leica Robotic Total Stations, GPS, and Icon software.
- Manage the RFI process and review technical drawings.
- Maintain accurate site records, quality documentation, and as-built surveys.
- Supervise precast and in-situ concrete works, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standard.
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Liaise with the Project Manager and site team to support the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Site Engineer.
- Previous experience working on residential developments and infrastructure projects.
- Experience with a Main Contractor, Developer, or Specialist Subcontractor in Ireland or the UK.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Leica Survey Instruments, Robotic Total Stations, GPS, and Icon software.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
