Role Overview:
The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards. The role involves providing technical support, managing site operations, and liaising with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve issues as they arise.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones.
- Assist with project documentation and client communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Engineer in civil engineering or construction.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
