One of Ireland’s leading civil contractors is seeking an experienced Site Agent to take the lead on a significant residential development in Kildare. Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of daily site activities, ensuring the project is completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Lead and supervise on-site teams, fostering clear communication and efficient coordination.

Collaborate with project managers and senior engineering staff to drive project performance.

Monitor progress, proactively address challenges, and ensure full adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Prepare and assess project documents such as plans, reports, and schedules.
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects.

Comprehensive knowledge of site operations and health & safety standards.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
