A leading civil engineering contractor is currently seeking a Site Agent for an exciting opportunity based in Maynooth, Kildare. This role offers the chance to work with a well-established company that places a huge emphasis on career progression and long-term development within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on civil engineering sites, ensuring smooth execution of projects
- Manage and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
- Provide technical guidance and support to the site team
- Maintain detailed site records and reports
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects or large-scale site operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
- Full clean driving license
