Setting Out Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience sought for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor working on a large scale commercial build in Dublin City Centre. This opportunity is perfect for a Setting-out Engineer ideally with large building project experience in joining one of the top contractors in Ireland who have a strong pipeline of work for the next few years.

Requirements:

• 2 years + experience of setting-out on building projects in Ireland or UK.
• Engineering degree qualified.
• Strong Setting-out Experience.

 Duties:

• Setting-out primarily
• Also, subcontractor management
• Site supervision of various trades and contractors 
• Maintain strong health and safety standards
• Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate 
• Making sure the work performed and materials used are as specified in the contract 
• Liaising with subcontractors, clients and other professional staff 

Package:

• €60,000 – €70,000
