Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on datacentre projects in the Dublin Region.  Our client is looking for a QS with about 6+ years’ experience at least some at senior level and some experience DC or industrial projects is preferable but no essential.  Our client is working on the largest and most prestigious projects in the country and has an excellent pipeline of work in various sectors for the next few years.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 6 years’ professional experience.
• Proven expertise in subcontractor and client management, including valuations, variations, final accounts, and cost reporting.
• Strong ability to interpret specifications, bills of quantities, and drawings, with a track record of extracting quantities and managing supplier/subcontractor quotations within deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quantity Surveying software, with experience in commercial and industrial projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce and explain accurate reports.
• Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to achieving success.

Salary:

• Excellent salary circa €90k – €95K
