Senior QS
Senior QS required for a Main Contractor, part of a leading Irish property development group, to work on a large-scale residential development in North West Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Senior QS to lead commercial management on this project. The successful Senior QS will report to the Commercial Manager on site.
Role:
- Take full ownership of commercial management on the project, including cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
- Manage subcontractor accounts, payment applications, valuations, and variations.
- Lead the preparation and agreement of final accounts.
- Support tender preparation, analysis and procurement of subcontractor packages.
- Liaise with the design team, client and subcontractors on all commercial matters.
- Mentor and support junior QS staff on the project.
- Monitor project cash flow, cost reporting and risk management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Significant experience as a Senior QS with a main contractor
- Strong commercial and cost management skills, with a track record on large-scale residential projects
Salary & Benefits
- Salary €100,000 – €110,000
