A leading mid-sized Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Louth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of residential projects ahead.
Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.

6+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
-
Proven experience working with a Main Contractor.

Strong experience delivering residential construction projects.
-
Excellent commercial awareness with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage costs, contracts, variations, and reporting.
Responsibilities:

Managing project costs from initial procurement through to final account.
-
Preparing budgets, valuations, cost reports, and forecasts.
-
Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and accounts.
-
Reviewing contracts, variations, and claims.
-
Working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Supporting the commercial success and delivery of residential projects.
Salary & Benefits:
