A Tier 1 Main Building Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage a large scale residential project (300+ apartments) in West Dublin which is starting next month. Our client has a robust project pipeline across various sectors across the country and overseas. This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing high rise residential projects.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified
- Minimum 2-3 years’ main contractor project management experience in UK or Ireland
- Delivered projects valued over €50m previously
Package:
- Circa €100k-€110k
