A Senior Mechanical Engineer needed to join my client’s busy office in Dublin. The Senior Mechanical Engineering will assist Company Directors with delivery of projects, with effective resourcing of assisting engineers, maintaining technical quality, professionalism, completing all design activities to project milestones / programme. An essential part of this role is to support the Leadership Team with coaching and staff training of engineers, and be involved with collaboration between our Belfast and London Offices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer with full CIBSE, IET, or equivalent membership (desirable).
- 6 Years+ Experience in mechanical building services design across various sectors.
- IT Skills – BIM, AutoCAD and Revit.
- Broad industry experience and strong knowledge of building services systems.
- Interest and experience in sustainable design and renewable energy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple technical design packages, managing designer performance and making appropriate technical management responses.
- Full technical responsibility for Mechanical Building Services output on projects.
- Responsibility for key client management.
- Provides management, motivation, inspiration, and leadership for other members of the Building Services team
- Plan for effective project implementation, identifying key factors and leading the project’s technical planning process.
