Currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (MEP) for a leading Dublin consultancy offering a genuine 35-hour, 4-day work week, plus 23 days annual leave.
The role involves the design and delivery of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
Please note: this is a Building Services / MEP Design position. While Manufacturing Design and Building Services share some engineering fundamentals, applicants will need direct experience in mechanical building services design, MEP coordination, and relevant building regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical design for commercial/residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP design standards, codes, and building regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design software.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
