Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a growing building services design team. This role offers the opportunity to lead major projects across the EMEA region, taking responsibility from concept through to client handover, while mentoring engineers and ensuring best-in-class delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical services design on projects from concept stage to completion
- Specify and design mechanical building services systems
- Carry out design and installation quality checks
- Produce tender packages, reports, analysis, and recommendations
- Uphold and develop design standards across projects
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary design teams to define project scopes
- Mentor and guide junior engineering staff
- Take ownership of projects with minimal management input
About You:
- Based in Ireland (with hybrid working available)
- 7+ years’ experience working on Data Centres, Industrial, High Tech, Commercial and/or Healthcare projects in Ireland
- Strong knowledge of CIBSE, ASHRAE, BS, IS and EN standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (other design software an advantage)
- Experience leading and coordinating an engineering team
