Senior Estimator
Senior Estimator required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work in Cork City on a variety of Commercial, Residential, Pharma and Industrial Projects.
Duties:
- Estimator will ne to be able to analyse and evaluate tender documentation, encompassing drawings and specifications.
- Develop presentations for internal tender reviews.
- Estimator will be required to participate in site visits to assess new projects during the bidding process.
- Employ estimating software to generate pricing packages for consultants, subcontractors, and materials.
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering required.
- 3+ Years of experience as an estimator for a main building contractor.
- Or 5+ Years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to move into Estimating.
