Senior Contracts Manager 

Senior Contracts Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to look after several projects in the Dublin region.  Our client has a very strong pipeline of work throughout the country in various sectors with a lot of large scale residential projects (high rise apartments) starting early this year.  Previous experience at Contracts Manager level in the UK or Ireland is essential for this role.

Duties:

• Full responsibility for the successful delivery of several building projects
• Ensure structures are put in place to monitor, review and control the budgeted or agreed expenditure.
• Implement the Company’s Cost & Value Management procedures and ensure that all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and in a timely fashion to upper management.
• Work closely with the Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, to identify any potential risks or issues and to find an appropriate resolution.
• Issue monthly progress reports for Senior Management

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience working with Main Building Contractorsin Ireland or the UK
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects at one time
• Working in a multi-project contracts manager role currently

Package:

• Basic salary circa €125k -€140k (DOE)
