An award-winning architectural studio in Cork city is seeking to recruit an Senior Architectural Technologist to work on a range of medium and largescale commercial, residential, data centre and leisure developments. With a wide ranging project portfolio, they also work on a range of other projects including office, industrial, mixed-use and pharma developments.
The ideal Architectural Technologist will have previous experience working in line with current industry regulations, possess strong technical skills and work well within a fast paced team environment. Proficiency in Revit is desired.
The successful Architectural Technologist will have the opportunity to work on prestigious projects using the latest technologies and working within a collaborative team.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Qualification in Architectural Technology (essential)
- In excess of 7 years’ architectural experience
- High level of attention to detail in producing accurate technical drawings
- Previous project experience should include a range of medium or largescale developments
- Strong design and detailing experience
- Revit proficiency is essential
- Site experience is highly beneficial
- Full familiarity with TGDs, along with experience working inline with current regulations
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits include:
- €50k-€65k DOE
