The ideal architectural professional will possess strong technical skills, industry knowledge and a diverse range of projects experience managing projects in line with current industry guidelines.
The Senior Architectural Technologist should have a proven track of project success and a desire for career development.
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Diploma / Degree level qualified Architectural Technologist
- In excess of 10 years’ industry experience gained across a variety of developments
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Proficient in Revit software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and all stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration
- MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
Responsibilities include:
- Produce detailed architectural documentation
- Manage tendering and contract administration processes
- Lead and mentor a small team
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge of industry trends
- Display ambition and a drive for career progression
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic
