Quantity Surveyor (Senior)
One of Ireland’s largest M&E Engineering contractors require a Quantity Surveyor (Senior) for a range of Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Utilities and Industrial Projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will manage the commercial aspects of the project from budgeting to final accounts, ensuring financial compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Validate the tender post-award with the Project Manager/Director and assist in preparing the project CCS by analysing tender and project requirements.
- Prepare cash flow projections, compile monthly reports, and ensure timely claims/notices submission in line with contractual provisions.
- Oversee client invoicing, subcontractor/supplier payments, and liaise with the Financial Department on project financials.
- Address disputes, monitor site procurement, and prepare reports on commercial and contractual matters.
- Attend meetings, conduct site measures, and draft correspondence in consultation with the Project Manager/Director.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Services/ Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 Years’ experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Electrical packages desirable but not necessary.
- Experience working on industrial projects would be advantageous (Data Centre, Pharmaceutical).
- The successful Quantity Surveyor must be in Ireland or the UK at present and eligible to work in Ireland without the need for a permit.
