Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
Quantity Surveyor (M&E) required for one of Irelands largest Mechanical & Electrical contractors for a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Europe (Belgium/The Netherlands). You will manage and oversee the financial and contractual aspects of the project, reporting to the projects Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Validate tender with Project Manager/Director post-award
- Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts
- Compile monthly reports per company standards
- Conduct site measures and ensure timely submission of claims
- Address contract costs, sales, and contribution concerns
- Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings
- Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence with PM/Director
- Manage client invoicing and payments to subcontractors
- Liaise with the Financial Department on reporting
- Resolve disputes with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor site procurement and reporting
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3 years’ + experience in construction Quantity Surveying
- Working toward chartership or professional certification (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems or Electrical Systems
- Data Centre experience is an advantage, but not essential
