 Project Manager required to join one of Europe’s leading main contractors on a Data Centre project in Dublin. Reporting into the Project Director, the successful Project Manager will be responsible for the full project scope ensuring smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project goals, progress, and issues clearly to internal and external teams.
• Support project planning, scope development, and budgeting to optimise performance.
• Prepare accurate project reports and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to meet resource requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor and track project performance for regular reporting cycles.
• Work with Commercial and Senior Management teams to resolve project or contract issues.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Construction or Engineering related qualification (Trade or Degree background both considered).
• 8 Years+ experience in construction management.
• Experience in Data Centre construction is essential.
• Must have worked with a leading Contractor in Ireland, Mainland Europe or the UK.
• The successful Project Manager must be eligible to work in Europe.
• Proficient in MS Office.
