A highly regarded management consultancy who works with organisations across utilities, infrastructure, energy, construction and complex operational environments to deliver critical projects and transformation programmes are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. 

*Can work remotely across Ireland, but travel to client’s offices will be required*

They partner with clients to solve complex delivery challenges, improve performance and ensure major initiatives are successfully implemented. Their focus is on delivering measurable outcomes through strong leadership, collaboration and effective programme delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will lead project and programme delivery engagements, working alongside client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes. You will be responsible for driving project performance, strengthening stakeholder alignment, managing delivery risks and ensuring strategic objectives are achieved.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Consultant, Project Manager or Programme Manager looking to work on impactful transformation initiatives within Ireland’s infrastructure and utility sectors. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex transformation, project and programme delivery engagements across Ireland
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and client teams.
  • Identify and remove delivery obstacles, risks and performance challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
  • Drive accountability across project teams and ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and organisational transformation programmes.
  • Manage project budgets, commercial performance and resource planning.
  • Mentor and support team members to achieve high-performance outcomes.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in project or programme management
  • Experience working within utilities, infrastructure, construction, engineering, energy or similar
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects and achieving measurable results
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing project performance
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
  • The confidence to challenge constructively and influence positive change
  • Full driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
