A Tier 2 contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a major North Wicklow-based construction project. The role will involve managing the day-to-day delivery of the project while ensuring programme, safety, and quality targets are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily project operations on site
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction
- Experience delivering large-scale building projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to lead site teams and manage stakeholders
- Relevant construction qualification preferred
