A well-established and rapidly growing main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team for a residential housing project in Roscrea, Tipperary. This is a key role for an individual with proven experience in managing residential construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential housing project.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the project team to achieve optimal performance.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on residential housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to the site regularly.
