A leading Irish multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Project Manager (Environment & Planning) to join their growing North Dublin team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced environmental professional to take ownership of high-profile planning and environmental projects across Ireland while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
The successful candidate will lead Environmental Impact Assessments, planning applications and environmental reports across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, renewable energy and development projects, with clear progression opportunities available within a growing team.
Projects:
- Renewable energy developments (wind, solar and energy infrastructure (€20M – €300M+))
- Strategic Infrastructure Developments (SID)
- Major transportation and infrastructure projects
- Residential and mixed-use developments
- Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIARs) and planning applications
- Public and private sector projects across Ireland
Role:
- Leading Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects from inception to completion
- Managing the technical and financial delivery of EIARs and environmental reports
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, clients and stakeholders
- Providing planning and environmental expertise across a range of projects
- Managing project programmes, budgets and deliverables
- Liaising with planning authorities, statutory bodies and project stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with planning, environmental and quality requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in environmental planning, EIA or project management
- Strong understanding of Irish planning legislation and EIA processes
- Experience within infrastructure, renewable energy or SID projects is advantageous
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Must be based in Ireland with full working rights
Salary & Benefits:
- €60,000 – €70,000 DOE + benefits
