Project Manager – Apartments (North Dublin)
A well-established mid-sized main building contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale apartment development in Raheny, Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of residential and general building projects across Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role would suit a Project Manager with strong experience delivering apartment, residential, or large-scale general building projects within the Irish construction market.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of a large apartment development from construction through to completion
• Coordinate site management teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders across all stages of the build
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and in line with quality standards
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues impacting project delivery
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and senior management teams
• Coordinate project planning, sequencing, and short-term programming activities
• Ensure health & safety procedures and site compliance standards are maintained
• Review site progress, quality control, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Support procurement, logistics, and resource planning activities on site
• Drive efficient project delivery and maintain strong communication across the project team
Requirements
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience within the construction industry
• Previous experience in a Project Manager role with a main contractor essential
• Strong background delivering apartment, residential, or general building projects
• Irish construction experience is essential
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme delivery, and site operations
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate site teams effectively
