Project Manager(Restoration & Conservation)
A leading construction company is seeking a Project Managerwith experience in restoration and conservation projects. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team in Dublin, overseeing construction activities and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of construction projects.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience with Healthcare projects is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Package:
- €75k – €85k per annum.
- Company vehicle and fuel card.
