Project Manager
A leading main contractor is seeking a Project Manager with strong civils experience, who will be tasked with overseeing a construction project in Kildare.
Role & Duties:
- Work closely with the regional director, assistant project manager, quantity surveyor, and engineering team to collaborate effectively.
- Supervise the implementation of BIM strategy among both direct and indirect personnel.
- Guarantee alignment of project phases with the project execution plan, budget constraints, and operational protocols.
- Champion compliance with HSEQ standards and zero emissions objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for the regional director, oversee client and supplier relationships, manage project delivery, coordinate with HSEQS teams, and handle resource planning.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong civils experience is essential.
- 5+ years managing subcontractors and staff.
Salary & Benefits:
- Excellent salary circa €80k – €90k.
- Excellent benefits package.
