Project Lead
Project Lead required to join one of Ireland’s largest Tier 1 Main Contractors to work on a Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. The Project Lead will report into the Project Director for the and will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project.

Responsibilities:
- Manage project cost, budget, and schedule from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client meetings to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor milestones, procurement, and equipment schedules to prevent delays and maintain progress.
- Review construction proposals, cost estimates, invoices, and payment applications for accuracy and compliance.
- Support design-build decisions, project controls, and client handover including close-out documentation and warranties.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10 Years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
- Excellent commercial awareness and project financial management.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office Packages.
Benefits:
- Salary €140,000 to €145,000 DOE
- €250 per week tax free living away allowance provided by the company
