A Belfast based architectural design studio are seeking to appoint a Senior Architect / Project Architect to the team. This opportunity would ideally suit a qualified Architect with strong design instincts, solid project delivery experience, and a passion for seeing ideas through from concept to completion who is seeking the next step in their career.
The qualified Architect (RIAI / RIBA) should be talented and driven, someone who can take the lead on a variety of projects and mentor a small team.
Some of their current projects in Ireland and the UK include:
- Hospitality & Leisure,
- Largescale housing (private/social/affordable)
- Commercial / Office
- Educational
- Student Accommodation
- Healthcare
Desired experience and skills:
- Qualified Architect with over 4 years’ post professional registration (RIAI / RIBA) experience
- Proven experience leading architectural projects, preferably across a variety of projects from RIBA stages 0-7
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members
- Strong design and technical skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit desired
- Excellent technical and construction knowledge
- Thorough understanding of current building regulations in Ireland or the UK
- MUST hold eligibility to work in Northern Ireland / UK
