MEP Project Manager
MEP Project Manager required for a very well-established multi-disciplinary Tier 1 contractor for a Data Centre project in Belgium. The successful candidate will be provided excellent support and career progression opportunities.

Duties:
- Management of all MEP Systems for the project.
- Management of Mechanical and Electrical QAQC in line with project QA Manager.
- Management of design consultants and sub-contractors.
- Managing and guiding the project, ensuring compliance with the client’s specifications and requirements, monitoring progress, and collaborating with quantity surveyors to track costs..
- Choosing appropriate tools and materials.
- Conducting safety inspections to uphold construction and site safety standards.
- Reviewing and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
- Ensuring adherence to quality control processes.
- Identifying ways to avoid issues and addressing any that arise.
- Evaluating and reducing risks.
- Preparing reports and staying organized with documentation.
- Assisting in contract negotiations and obtaining permits and licenses..
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant trade background required.
- 5 Years+ experience as an Electrical Supervisor/Engineer/ Project Manager.
- Must have worked with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
- Must have good commercial awareness and be a client facing individual.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects would be advantageous.
