Mechanical Turnover Lead required to join a leading contractor in Limerick, working on large-scale Pharmaceutical projects. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage mechanical turnover activities through commissioning and handover, ensuring systems are completed safely and in line with project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical turnover activities from construction through to handover
• Coordinate system walkdowns, punch listing, and closeout activities
• Ensure turnover documentation is completed and tracked correctly
• Liaise with construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and client teams
• Monitor progress against turnover schedules and project milestones
• Support commissioning and start-up activities
• Ensure all work is completed in line with safety and quality standards
• Assist with project reporting and turnover updates

Requirements:

• Degree or trade qualified in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in turnover, commissioning, or mechanical project delivery
• Pharmaceutical project experience is essential
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and turnover processes
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Must be based in Ireland or the UK and eligible to work in Ireland without sponsorship
