Mechanical Site Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of mechanical works across our projects in Ireland. You’ll lead site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily mechanical site activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
- Monitor quality, progress, and productivity on site.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, clients, and other trades.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and maintain site records.
- Support commissioning, snagging, and project handover.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience supervising mechanical building services projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical installations and site operations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Trade qualification or relevant construction qualification.
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
Benefits
- Salary €65,000–€75,000 DOE
- Rotation: Two week cycle with company paid flights
