Mechanical Project Manager – Germany
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to manage projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery is safe, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is based in Germany with a leading Irish Mechanical Contractor.

Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical project delivery from planning through to completion
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Drive Health & Safety, QA/QC, and programme performance on site
- Develop project schedules, execution plans, and subcontractor scopes
- Coordinate labour, materials, prefabrication, and resources to meet milestones
- Manage project costs, variations, and commercial performance with QS teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
- 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Mechanical Engineer or Project Engineer role
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related discipline preferred
- Strong background in mechanical building services/project delivery
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
- An EU Passport is essential for this role
